Ritchie Rednour is a young entrepreneur who grew up in South Central Kentucky. He began his career in the housing industry when he was in high school. That carried over to college where he attended Eastern Kentucky University. Today he is the owner of Rednour Properties, LLC and Rednour and Associates, Inc. Rednour Properties is one of the largest multi-family housing companies in KY providing hundreds of families safe, affordable, quality housing. Rednour and Associates is a full service real estate company priding themselves in outstanding customer service throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home. Ken and Teresa Fugate have lived in Powell County virtually all of their lives. They have three children and five grandchildren. Teresa was employed by the Powell County Board of Education for 10 years. Ken has been employed by Pepsi for 30 years. With their knowledge of the area and the people they decided to start a career in real estate. They both took their Kentucky Real Estate Exam’s last year and began their careers in real estate in 2007 with Rednour and Associates, Inc.
